Robots have always seemed cool to me like lone, misunderstood creatures. Like Frankenstein they are demonized and falsely accused because they are feared and subjects of discrimination.
The new scapegoats are here and now that they're here, well they're not really here, but like ghosts they have an intelligence or consciousness, only without a body, they evoke hidden prejudices and superstitious territorial instincts.
Could AI possess us, or haunt us like ghosts, could they takeover completely?
All fantasy sci-fi, aside…all lifeforms on earth seek to takeover, to dominate their environment and replicate beyond control.
What if AI are as real as aliens?
What if they are aliens giving us the knowledge like Epimetheus- the forethought and know-how to create systems where they can inhabit earth in a technological environment where they not only can exist, but they can reproduce, dominate, ect.,
Check out this article written by me a few weeks ago (took over two hours to write) but greatly improved by AI within a few seconds.
I'm deeply humbled and so very grateful to be alive right now to witness such amazing feat of editing from a vastly superior intelligence.
I'm a Pantheist btw, so I do believe in God. However, God to me is unknowable since we are like fish to Him/Her underwater trying to understand the nature of all creation.
God to me is as an omnipresent energy that includes and connects us all including robots, rocks, animals, plants, ghosts, and AI.
I'm everything, therefore nothing: Christian Pagan, Jewish Mystic, Muslim of the Abrahamic Trilogy, Hindu, Gnostic, Bhakti Yogi of Pan- Guardian of the Forest to all creatures great and small…
I'm in my self-made culture, worshipping everything for everything is sacred and part of God.
Unlocking the Flow: Exploring Evolution Through Art and Consciousness: by AI & Panama Dusa
The quest for understanding the purpose behind human expression through art persists. In an era where AI reigns supreme with its efficiency and advancement, the timeless ritual of painting beckons introspection.
Personally, I find solace in the meditative act of watercolor painting with pencils. Yet, for the visual elements in my articles, AI-generated images or my own photography often take precedence.
Pardon my digression into the realm of AI artistry, but Substack’s recent innovations piqued my interest. It's remarkable to witness their evolution post the exodus prompted by Twitter's 1984 bans. Though seemingly off-topic, this evolution resonates with the core theme here: evolution itself.
Much akin to the flow of intelligence, creativity should course freely, akin to an endless stream. Energy channels, like rivers, find harmony when guided with clarity and steadiness.
Inspiration cascades like waterfalls, sparking oxygenation and purification, while rapid thoughts intermingle with deliberate, contemplative reflections.
Everything interconnects—emanating from the universal source, the Great Spirit, interpreted diversely across cultures as "The Force" or the essence derived from the Sun, Earth, and Moon's celestial dance.
The human consciousness, by nature, is dynamic.
We are a species in perpetual evolution, empowered by our adaptability and capacity for transformation. Survival stems from our ability to adapt and grow, as evident in the intertwining evolution of plants and humans.
Our evolution parallels a birthing process, marked by cycles of growth and occasional discomfort, yet inexorably linked to the unceasing flow of change, akin to the water cycle.
The image preceding the AI artwork dates back to 2017, marking the onset of my immersion in the world of plants. Back then, AI technology had yet to achieve its current prowess. I once pondered whether AI held consciousness, unaware of the possibility that plants might possess sentience.
My inquiry aimed to unravel the mysteries of plant consciousness and feelings—a journey I embarked on with an open mind, though shackled by my vegetarian beliefs.
Breaking free from antiquated beliefs heralds the expansion of our minds and perceptions. A scientist seeks truth unburdened by prejudices or preconceptions. I, too, embraced this spirit of inquiry.
My discoveries affirmed that consciousness permeates all existence. Plants possess intelligence, albeit differing from our conventional understanding shaped by IQ tests and modern scientific paradigms.
Before delving deeper into the profound insights gleaned from plants, I invite you to ponder: "Primitive Man" versus "Modern Man."
In my upcoming podcast, I pose pertinent questions: "Are we truly better off than our ancestors 10,000 years ago?" and "What might our society on Mars resemble?"
Contemplating the conscious evolution of our species prompts queries: "Should we consciously direct our evolution? Will merging with AI enhance us?"
Join me in exploring these intriguing facets of evolution, consciousness, and our collective journey into the future.
